Hugo Poirier is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, currently serving as Senior Scientist II at Repare Therapeutics since April 2020, after previously holding the position of Senior Scientist I within the same company. Prior to this, Hugo worked at Paraza Pharma Inc. as Scientist DMPK from February 2017 to April 2020, and at Boehringer Ingelheim as Research Scientist III from August 2006 to February 2017. Hugo’s career began with roles as Research Associate at Merck from 2005 to 2006 and at Targanta Therapeutics from 2002 to 2005. Hugo holds a Master's degree in Pharmacology from Université de Montréal (1999 - 2001) and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Concordia University (1995 - 1999).
