Zoe Kavanagh is an accomplished leader in the dairy and environmental sectors, currently serving as CEO Designate at Repak, an organization focused on recycling and sustainability in Ireland. With extensive experience on various governance boards and committees, Zoe has held significant roles such as Chief Executive Officer at the National Dairy Council, Vice Chairman of the GEIE European Milk Forum, and Committee Chair for the International Dairy Federation's Marketing Committee. Previous leadership experience includes managing PepsiCo's Irish Beverage business and holding positions in international account management and operations. Zoe holds a Diploma in Board Governance & Strategy from the Institute of Directors and a BAgrSc in Agriculture & Food Engineering from University College Dublin.
