Robert Ryan is an experienced executive in the retail sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Lidl Ireland since February 2019. In addition to this role, Robert is a Board Member at Repak since November 2022. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer and Regional Director at Lidl GB from September 2015 to February 2019, and Regional Director and Head of Sales at Lidl Ireland from September 2010 to August 2015. Robert also held the role of Head of Cost & Organisation at Musgrave Operating Partners Ireland from May 2007 to August 2010, and began their career at Lidl Ireland as an Area Manager from August 2003 to April 2007. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Technological University Dublin.
