Brendan Griffin possesses extensive experience in finance and licensing, currently serving as Head of Finance and Company Secretary at Repak since July 2019. Prior to this role, Brendan held various positions at the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG from July 1999 to March 2019, including Director of Licensing, which involved building strategic partnerships, leading sales and legal teams, and achieving an average revenue growth of 5% annually. Brendan also occupied the role of Director of Finance & Broadcast Licensing, where a 51% revenue increase over four years was achieved. Earlier in Brendan's career, positions at Ulster Bank Commercial Services and Ulster Investment Bank Limited further solidified a strong financial background, marked by leadership in finance functions and company secretarial duties. Brendan holds an ACCA professional qualification in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Finance from Dublin City University.
