Alfonso M. has extensive experience in management control and process optimization within the shipping and logistics sectors. Since November 2011, Alfonso has held the position of Subgerente de Control de Gestión y Administración at Ultranav, overseeing management control teams, financial reporting, budgeting, and external communications. Prior roles at Ultranav included Senior Manager - Head of Business Support and Planning and Projects Manager - Fleet Management, where Alfonso focused on revenue cycle management and technological solutions for operational efficiency. Previously, at CSAV, Alfonso served as Project Manager de Procesos Globales, leading the implementation of a global maintenance system for containers, and in various planning and analysis roles that enhanced logistics process efficiency. Alfonso holds an Engineer degree in Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
