Kelly McLoughlin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant Manager at Emerson, managing various HR functions for a unionized valve manufacturing plant. Kelly then moved to Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America in 1995 and worked as a Human Resources Administrator and later as a Human Resources Team Lead, playing a key role in the development of a new car audio/electronics plant.

In 2006, McLoughlin joined Koob and Associates, LLC as a Commercial and Residential Property Manager. Kelly then transitioned to the role of Office Manager in 2011 and also took on the responsibility of being a Special Event Coordinator, organizing small to medium-sized special events.

More recently, McLoughlin worked as an Executive Assistant from June 2021 to November 2021 at Rep-Lite. Kelly then took on the role of Operations Manager until November 2022, and is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations.

Throughout their career, McLoughlin has demonstrated strong skills in operations management, event coordination, property management, and human resources. Kelly'sexperience includes responsibilities such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Kelly McLoughlin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management/Organizational Behavior from Miami University Farmer School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Miami University. Additionally, Kelly McLoughlin is formerly certified as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) by SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
