Rakesh Singh has three years of work experience. In 2018, they became the Co-founder & CEO of Hotelforce (Formerly Renzo), spearheading growth and business at the innovative operating system for hotels of all sizes. In 2013, they co-founded Room n House, a platform to connect people who need a place to stay with people who own or manage service apartments, guest houses, villas, cottages, and boutique stays. In 2014, they were a volunteer for the World Economic Forum.

Rakesh Singh attended Mithibai College, followed by the University of Mumbai where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.). Rakesh then attended XLRI Jamshedpur.
