Nathalie Tremblay has extensive experience in the beauty industry, focusing on product development and project management. Nathalie is currently the Director of Product Development at RENWIL, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Groupe Marcelle as a Senior Innovation Manager for makeup from 2020 to 2022, and as a Marketing Group Manager for makeup from 2017 to 2020. Nathalie also served as a Senior Product Manager for makeup at Groupe Marcelle from 2016 to 2017. Before joining Groupe Marcelle, Nathalie was at Lise Watier Cosmetiques, where they worked as a Senior Project Manager in R&D makeup from 2003 to 2020. Nathalie also held the position of Project Manager in R&D at Lise Watier from 2003 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Nathalie worked at Somak International Inc as a Product Development Manager for bath and body products from 1996 to 2003.

Nathalie Tremblay has a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
