Adam O'Callaghan currently serves as the Head of Product Engineering at Rentokil Initial since April 2015, leading three Global Group Functions and ensuring Global Hardware Product Compliance, Product Reliability, and continuous product improvement for over 90 countries. Prior to this role, Adam held multiple positions at Atmel Corporation from August 2011 to February 2015, including Senior Engineering Project Manager, managing global OEM customers, supplier engagement, and R&D processes. Adam's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Project Engineer and User Interface Hardware Engineering Consultant at Nokia Mobile Phones, focusing on the integration of electromechanical modules, and a Software Test & Integration Engineer at General Dynamics UK Limited. Adam also contributed as a Product Integration Engineer in hardware at Nokia Mobile Phones.
