Erika Bonilla Alonso has extensive experience in sales, customer care, and account management, particularly in the service sector. Since October 2013, Erika has held various positions at Rentokil Initial España, currently serving as Tender & Telesales PC Responsible, overseeing public tenders and managing residential sales while ensuring service quality. Prior roles included Telesales Responsible, coordinating telesales teams and monitoring sales objectives, and Customer Care Key Account, managing key accounts. Erika's earlier experience includes roles in supplier management and general accounting at GEXT GRUPO EXPERTOS EN SISTEMAS CONTRA INCENDIOS SL, public attention and accounting at Ayto de Pezuela de las Torres, production planning at Europac Group, and purchasing management at CEVIK. Erika holds a higher vocational training degree in Commercial Management and Marketing from CIFP Txurdinaga LHII, completed in 2004.
