Branndon Brown possesses extensive experience in technical support and client success within the IoT sector, currently serving as the Director of Technical Support at Rently since April 2022 and previously as the Manager of IoT Client Success and Technical Support at Rently Keyless since August 2018. With a background that includes roles as Senior Client Success Manager and Business Development Manager at Rently Keyless, as well as a Client Success Manager position, Branndon has honed skills in customer relationship management. Prior to this, experience includes serving as Installed Sales Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and as Department Manager at Expo Design Center, where leadership capabilities were demonstrated by managing a team of ten.
