Derek Schuettpelz is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and maintenance coordination. Currently serving as a Portfolio Service Coordinator at Renters Warehouse since June 2019, Derek oversees maintenance approvals for Portfolio Clients. Additionally, as a Maintenance Coordinator, Derek streamlined tenant and owner maintenance requests and coordinated vendor assignments. Concurrently, Derek also works as a Doordash delivery driver since July 2020. Previous roles include Brick Specialist at the LEGO Group from August 2014 to December 2020 and Service and Engagement Team Leader at Target from October 2007 to June 2019, enhancing guest experience management.
