Sean McClain possesses extensive experience in safety coordination and operational management, currently serving as Safety Coordinator at RentalMax since March 2003. In this role, Sean oversees safety training and employee certifications across eight locations in the Chicago area, including the training and certification of staff in various equipment operations and safety practices. Previously, Sean held roles as Operations Manager and Location Manager, managing compliance and operations at multiple sites. Prior experience includes working as District Service Manager at UniFirst Corporation, where Sean expanded business operations significantly and managed a team of route drivers. Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Indiana University Bloomington between 1984 and 1988.
