Stephen started their career in 2012 as a Concierge at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they gained extensive knowledge about the city and developed a passion for customer service. In 2014, they transitioned to Windsor Communities as a Leasing Consultant, utilizing their interpersonal skills to assist clients in finding suitable properties. In 2016, Stephen joined Rent. as a Sales Executive and quickly progressed to roles such as Senior Executive Sales Representative, District Sales Manager - Desert Mountain Region, and Sales Performance Manager. Their responsibilities at Rent. involved marketing, sales, and managing sales teams. Currently, Stephen holds the position of District Sales Manager at Rent., overseeing the sales activities in a specific district.

Stephen Webster has a Bachelor of Hotel & Restaurant Management degree from the University of Houston, which was obtained between 2012 and 2014.
