Cindy McGlinsky Havel has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Cindy McGlinsky started their career in 1995 as an English Language Instructor at AEON Corporation, where they demonstrated their teaching abilities and assisted in translation work. From 1996 to 1997, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Explore Minnesota, where they successfully brought in numerous accounts for the State of Minnesota Travel Program.

In 1997, Cindy joined Cartan Global as the Olympic Travel Program Operations staff, responsible for ticket sales, transportation guide, meet-and-greet, and personal concierge for Cartan guests during the Winter Olympic Games in Nagano, Japan, and Summer Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia.

From 1997 to 2004, they worked at IKON Office Solutions as a Named Account Executive, achieving accolades such as Circle of Excellence, President's Club, and Rookie of the Year winner. Cindy McGlinsky consistently held top margins among peers and delivered sales presentations to top-level management of national accounts.

In 2004, Cindy became a Realtor Sales Associate at Remax, selling for the #2 ranked REMAX team in the state of Minnesota. Cindy McGlinsky originated customer prospect lists, developed business plans, marketing materials, and implemented customer growth and contact strategies. Simultaneously, they co-founded CM Skyline and Kiralex LLC, managing advertising, tenant turnover, and compiling financials and ROI for four residential properties.

In 2014, Cindy transitioned to the non-profit sector as the Director of Development at Star Legacy Foundation, where they sourced funding, advised on organizational reformation, increased visibility through events and social media, and significantly expanded the foundation's net income.

Finally, in 2017, Cindy joined Rent. as a Senior Sales Executive, receiving the Presidents Club Winner accolade in 2017 and 2019. At Rent., they contributed to the marketing and automation platform, engaging prospective residents throughout their renter journey and maximizing leads and occupancies. Cindy McGlinsky also managed a broad network of rental listing sites.

Cindy McGlinsky Havel's education history begins with their high school education at Mound Westonka High School, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. Cindy McGlinsky did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field during this time.

After completing high school, Cindy went on to pursue higher education at the University of Minnesota from 1991 to 1994. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business.

In addition to their formal education, Cindy also obtained a certification in the Google Ads Search field from Skillshop in January 2023.
