Vinita Gangadharan is an accomplished engineering leader with a diverse background in technology consulting and quality engineering. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Rent The Runway since November 2021, Vinita previously held engineering management and consultancy roles at PwC and FireMon, where significant achievements included implementing comprehensive testing strategies and rebuilding high-performing teams. With experience at Cellebrite and Verint, Vinita transformed customer support organizations and improved overall customer experiences. Early career experience at Alcatel-Lucent involved leading software development efforts for critical network management systems.
