Morgan McCarthy's work experience includes positions at Rent Ready and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). They worked at Rent Ready as a Logistics Specialist from November 2021 to January 2022, and then transitioned to become an Implementation Manager starting in January 2022. At Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Morgan held the role of Product Support Manager from April 2018 to November 2021.

Morgan McCarthy attended the University of South Carolina from 2011 to 2015, where they focused their studies on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In addition to their degree, Morgan also obtained a certification in DAWIA Lifecycle Logistics Level II from the Defense Acquisition University in April 2021.
