JC Perez has been working in the hospitality industry since 1998. JC began their career as a Guest Services Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC in 1998. In 2009, they moved to Marriott International where they held the role of Front Office Manager. In 2010, they joined Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as a Housekeeping Manager. In 2011, they became the Housekeeping Manager Acting Director at Sheraton. In 2012, they were appointed Executive Housekeeper at Hilton Worldwide. In 2013, they held the role of Executive Housekeeper - Temp Contract covering a leave of absence at Hilton interstate and Control Room System Analyst- based at the Blue Cross main offices at Security Engineers, Inc. In 2014, they became the Housekeeping Manager at Renaissance Ross Bridge. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed Quality Manager at Rent Ready.

JC Perez graduated from Caribbean University-Carolina in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminology.
