Omotola A-O ACIPM is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people management and operations. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Rensource Energy since February 2022, Omotola has also held the role of Co-Vice Chair for Membership Care & Service Delivery at the Association of Elite Human Resource Professionals since January 2023. Previous positions include People Business Partner at The People Practice, Associate in People Operations at Bridge International Academies, and HR Assistant/Administrative Officer at Richardson Oil and Gas Limited. Omotola holds a Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Administration from Tai Solarin University of Education and is pursuing a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management at Rome Business School Nigeria.
