Jonathan Dawson currently serves as the Director of the Centre for Human Development, Stem Cells and Regeneration and as a Principal Investigator at the University of Southampton since March 2019. In addition, Jonathan is the Founder and Development Lead of Renovos Biologics Limited, which leverages extensive orthopaedic research from the University of Southampton to create innovative research tools and a novel therapeutic platform for bone repair. Previous roles at the University of Southampton included various research fellowships focused on stem cells and bone regeneration from 2007 to 2014, and education includes a PhD in Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine from the University of Southampton, alongside studies in Biblical and Theological Studies at the University of Oxford and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Plymouth.
