Cait Santefort holds an MBA and has a diverse professional background spanning several roles in human resources and environmental health and safety. Currently serving as the EHS & HR Coordinator at Renold Jeffrey since October 2021, Cait previously worked as a Human Resources Specialist at OTICS USA from April 2018 to October 2021. Cait also gained experience as an Associate at Cait's Kitchen, Warehouse & Estates between May 2016 and November 2017. In addition to HR roles, Cait served as a Softball Graduate Assistant Coach at Greenville College, focusing on pitchers while managing various athletic responsibilities from August 2015 to May 2017. Earlier experience includes an internship at Butler Home Construction Co. Inc. from August 2013 to August 2014. Cait earned a Bachelor of Science in Housing and Human Environments from Olivet Nazarene University and a Master of Business Administration from Greenville University.
