Aaron Doty currently serves as the President and CEO of The Reno Phil, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Aaron was the Vice President and General Manager of the Grand Rapids Symphony from June 2019 to December 2023. From September 2005 to June 2019, Aaron held various leadership positions at the Washington National Opera, including Director of Strategy and Engagement and Operations Director, contributing significantly to strategic planning, budget management, and community engagement initiatives. Aaron's educational background includes a Master of Music in Conducting from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
