Guillaume Porcher has over 18 years of experience in the field of sustainable mobility and energy management. Currently serving as chargé d'étude mobilité décarbonée at Rennes Ville et Métropole since February 2014, Guillaume specializes in promoting cycling, electric vehicles, and other decarbonized transport modes. Previously, from October 2010 to February 2014, Guillaume worked as a formateur at green e-motion, providing consultancy and expertise in eco-mobility and assisting public entities and businesses in developing sustainable mobility services. Additionally, Guillaume held the position of ingénieur énergéticien at Rennes Métropole from October 2005 to October 2010, where responsibilities included developing the territorial Climate Energy Plan and conducting energy audits. Guillaume Porcher graduated from INSA Lyon in 2000.
