Jannie Quinn is an experienced legal professional currently working as a Consultant for Renne Public Management Group and as Of Counsel for Renne Public Law Group since December 2022. Previously, Jannie served as Interim City Attorney for the City of Mountain View, providing legal counsel to the City Council and staff. In addition, Jannie held the position of Sr. Deputy City Attorney for the City of San Jose, focusing on legal services related to code enforcement and special projects, and spent over two decades as City Attorney for the City of Mountain View, advising on various public agency law matters. Earlier roles include Assistant City Attorney in San Jose and Deputy City Attorney at Robinson & Wood, Inc. Jannie Quinn holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC San Diego.
