Royse has held various operations management and leadership roles within the US Army, focusing on training, advising, and supporting partner forces worldwide. Educational qualifications include a Masterā€™s Degree in International Relations from Webster University and a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management of Information Systems from East Carolina University.
