Stephanie Thorogood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, process improvement, and coaching. Currently serving as Lead New Product Integration Project Manager and Senior Process Improvement Engineer at Renishaw since December 2011, Stephanie has designed standardized practices for quality investigations and managed high-precision assembly processes. Prior roles include Production Manager, Engineering Manager, and Production Engineer, where Stephanie utilized Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production efficiency and problem-solving. In addition to engineering roles, Stephanie has been a Pro Sports Coach at Wellington College, teaching firearm safety and marksmanship to students. As the Owner and Director of Undrunk Ltd and an Apprentice Gunsmith at HPS TR Ltd, Stephanie gained valuable skills in manufacturing and customer service. Educational achievements include an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Product Design and Modern Materials.
