Nikola Brkusanin has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Nikola began their career as a Waiter at Pizzeria Venezia in 2003. In 2008, they moved to Mataruska and Bogutovacka Spa, where they worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist and Accountant. In 2013, they became a Sales Agent at Bizz Up Team, and in 2014 they were promoted to Senior Sales Agent at Nelt Grupa. In 2018, they transitioned to a career in technology, becoming a Frontend Developer at Infinity Studio Srbija. Nikola continued in this role until 2019, when they moved to Quantox Technology and resumed their role as a Frontend Developer. In 2021, they joined Renhead as a Frontend Developer.

Nikola Brkusanin has a strong educational background in business and finance. Nikola began their educational journey in 1998, when they graduated from the School of Ekonomics in Kraljevo with a High School Diploma in Accounting and Finance. Nikola then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA 6.1 from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Kragujevac, which they completed in 2005. In 2007, Nikola graduated from the College of Economics Pec with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Finance and Financial Management Services.
