Debbie Hayes is an experienced Human Resource Director with a robust background in HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Human Resource Director at Renewco Power Ltd since September 2021, Hayes previously held the HR Director position at Solarcentury until its merger with Statkraft in September 2021. Hayes also served as HR Director for Arriva Bus (UK), managing HR for approximately 2,000 employees, and held significant roles at Gate Gourmet, Collinson Group, Gorkana Group, Park Indigo UK, Hilton, and Whitbread, leading HR initiatives and operations over a diverse range of organizational contexts. An MBA graduate from The Open University, Hayes has developed extensive expertise in creating HR infrastructures and implementing people strategies in both national and international settings.
