Saylee Baraskar is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Manager HR Business Partner at RenewBuy since January 2022, Saylee also holds the role of Zonal HR Manager for South, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. Prior to this, Saylee worked as Manager - HR Business Partner and Assistant Manager Human Resources at Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Ltd. from March 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing HR for the Retail Vertical. Other notable positions include roles at DBS Bank in talent acquisition, Mancer Consulting Services as Lead Consultant, and Altor Executive Search as Assistant Manager HR. Saylee's early career included various roles focused on business development and research in HR services. Currently pursuing a PGCHRM at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, Saylee also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from KJ Somaiya College and a BCA from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, complemented by a foundational education at Smt.
