Esther Kestenbaum Prozan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Esther currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Renewal Logistics, a 3PL specializing in fashion logistics and circularity services. Prior to this, Esther was a Member at Chief, a private network for women in executive leadership, and a bestselling business book author of "Bigger & Better: A Playbook for Quickly Scaling your Small Company with Limited Resources." Esther has also been a Forbes Business Council Member and Contributor and served on the Board of Directors for ChildFund International. Previously, Prozan held leadership positions at Ruby Has Fulfillment, DayOne Baby, and theshops.tv. Esther also worked as a Senior Vice President at Cloudleaf, Inc and as a Vice President at Spotzot. Their experience includes business development, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership roles.

Esther Kestenbaum Prozan has attended Barnard College, Columbia University, and Cornell University. At Columbia University, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English and Computer Science. At Cornell University, they received a Certificate in Financial Management. Esther also attended Yeshiva University High School for Girls. In addition to their academic achievements, Esther has obtained certifications in Generative AI Fundamentals from Google, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Social Media, and e-Commerce from Wharton Online, and Corporate Governance from Wharton Executive Education.
