Scott F. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Scott began their career as Wing Executive Officer at the 55th Wing before becoming Chief Instructor Pilot. Scott then served as Chief of Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Branch in the United States Air Force. Scott went on to work at NATO as Commander of an Aircrew Training Squadron and later served as Chief of the Force Management Branch at the Joint Staff. Scott also worked at the United States Department of Defense as a Senior Military Advisor and Deputy Chief of the Operational Training Division. Scott's experience extends beyond the military, as they held roles at the Pentagon and Trek Bicycle Corporation, where they served as the Global Director of Continuous Improvement. Currently, Scott is the President of RenewAire, LLC, where they have previously held roles such as Vice President of Operations and Continuous Improvement, and Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Manager.

Scott F.'s education history begins with obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the field of Aeronautics and Astronautics, with a focus on Astronautical Engineering, from Stanford University. During this time, they also achieved the title of Distinguished Graduate in Air Force ROTC. Following this, Scott F. attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2010 to complete an Enterprise Leadership Seminar.

In 2007-2008, Scott F. pursued a fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Foreign Policy, International Relations, and National Interest as part of Seminar XXI. Scott then proceeded to earn a degree from Oklahoma City University, where they obtained a high distinction, achieving a perfect 4.0/4.0 GPA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

Continuing their education, Scott F. attended the National War College at the National Defense University in D.C. from 2005 to 2006, where they were recognized as a Distinguished Graduate, ranking within the top 10%. Additionally, they completed the Air Command and Staff program at Air University in Alabama, also attaining the title of Distinguished Graduate, ranking in the top 5% of their class.

Scott F.'s education also includes earning the status of A-10 Pilot through the USAF A-10 Graduate Training Course and receiving distinguished honors as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force Pilot Training program. Prior to their college education, Scott F. achieved the position of Class Valedictorian at Lake Mills High School.

In addition to their formal education, Scott F. has obtained several certifications. These include Level II Leadership certification in Quick Response Manufacturing from the Tempus Institute in 2014, Top Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information from the Department of the Air Force Adjudication Facility in 2013, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification from the United States Air Force in 2012, and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification from the United States Department of Defense in 2008. Furthermore, Scott F. has served as the Board President for Safety and Accident Investigation Boards within the Department of the Air Force Safety Office in 2009.
