Thomas Mannelqvist has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas started their career in 1994 as a Manager in Composite Dep at Kockums AB and worked there until 1997. Thomas then joined Boliden as a Manager at Rönnskär Copper Smelter and stayed there until 2008. In 2008, they became the Production Manager at Uttern Båtar AB until 2009. Thomas then joined Skellefteå Kraft in 2010 as a Project Leader for Wind Power Turbines and worked there until 2012. Thomas then moved to Energiservice Skellefteå AB as the Service and Maintenance Manager for Wind Power from 2012 to 2016. Thomas then joined Skellefteå Kraft AB and had multiple roles including QA/QC Coordinator from 2016 to 2018, CE Coordinator from 2017 to 2019, and finally a Project Engineer for Wind Power from January to October 2019. In 2019, they joined RES as an O&M Engineer and continues to work there.

Thomas Mannelqvist pursued their education in Material Science at Luleå University of Technology from 1982 to 1987, earning their MSc degree.
