Kelli Keefe has a strong background in marketing and proposal development. Kelli worked at POWER Engineers from 2006 to 2014 in various marketing and proposal development roles. In 2014, they joined System 3 Inc. as a Marketing Manager and stayed there until 2015 when they moved to McMillen Jacobs Associates as a Marketing Manager, specifically focusing on water resources. In 2016, Kelli joined RES as a Manager of Key Account Strategy and later transitioned to the role of Director, Key Accounts and Proposals in November 2019.

Kelli Keefe has a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Marketing Option from Montana State University-Bozeman.
