Ilya Rassoshenko began their work experience in 2014 as an Internet Assessor at Lionbridge. Ilya worked in this role until 2015. In 2015, they joined RES and started as a Software Developer Intern. Ilya worked in this internship role until 2016 when they transitioned to a full-time Software Developer position. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Software Developer Lead at RES, a position they currently hold.

Ilya Rassoshenko completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at UCL from 2013 to 2016.
