Claire A Martin has a diverse work experience, starting in 2000 as a Law Clerk at Hazlett & Co, where they attended property settlements and handled administrative tasks. Claire A then worked as a Paralegal and Settlement Clerk at Sharon Moss Legal from 2007 to 2010, managing conveyancing matters from initial instructions to post-settlement activities.

In 2010, they joined Court Legal as a Personal Assistant to the managing partner, assisting in various legal areas including Commercial, Leasing, Family Law, estate planning, Probate, Conveyancing, and Debt Recovery. Claire A also oversaw the firm's Marketing & PR.

From 2014 to 2019, Claire held multiple roles at KREISSON, including PA, Solicitor, and Property Lawyer. Claire A dealt with complex conveyancing and property matters, litigation, civil negotiations, and became a team leader in Property Law. In 2015, Claire joined the Manly Rugby Football Club as a Director and Assistant Treasurer, responsible for managing memberships and increasing community engagement. Claire A also served as a Lawyer at their own practice, Claire A Martin - Lawyer, from 2014 onwards.

Since October 2019, Claire has been working as a Land Negotiations Manager at RES, the world's largest independent renewable energy company. RES specializes in various energy technologies, including wind, solar, energy storage, and transmission.
