Currently, Chris serves as the Sr. Director of Learning, Development & Performance at Renew Financial, having previously held roles such as Learning & Development Leader at InvestCloud Financial Supermarket™ and Director of Learning & Performance Management at Renew Financial. Chris has successfully managed large-scale training programs for over 300 team members and 15,000 partners, developed leadership courses for Fortune 500 companies, and implemented learning management systems for a major retailer.
