Michael Shakesby currently serves as IT Manager and Team Lead for End User Support at Renesas Electronics since April 2022. Prior to this position, Michael was a Senior End User Support at Dialog Semiconductor from April 2019 to April 2022 and held the role of Director at RWB IT Solutions from March 2018 to April 2019. Michael also worked at Vodafone from September 2014 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing a large rollout of Windows 10 client migrations and providing VIP support for high-profile individuals. Earlier experience includes serving as Desktop Support Engineer/Desktop Team Manager at Cable and Wireless & Vodafone from November 1999 to March 2014 and as Configuration Manager at Electronic Data Systems for a brief period in 1999.
