Jacquie Burgess is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Director of Operations at Renesas Electronics since September 2021, Jacquie leads EMEA Operations, Global HUB, Service Organisation, and Global Payroll Consolidation following the company's acquisition of Dialog Semiconductor. Prior to this role, Jacquie spent nearly four years at Dialog Semiconductor as HR Director, overseeing Global Advice & Guidance, HR Systems, and Payroll. Notable earlier positions include Head of HR at M+W Group UK and HR Business Partner at the same company, as well as Regional Human Resources Manager at SWETS Information Services. Jacquie's career began at SGI Enterprises Ltd, where Jacquie served as Director of Personnel & Administration, and included significant HR initiatives at Kembrey Wiring Systems Ltd.
