Cierra began their career in 2012 as an Office Manager at FIDELITONE, where they oversaw operational requirements, created weekly billing invoices, and supervised a staff of 15. In 2015, Cierra joined Renegade Furniture Group as the Department Head of Customer Support, where they managed third-party delivery partners across the U.S. to ensure efficient white glove delivery of furniture.
