Sonya Chen, SHRM-CP, is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Rendr, conducting investigations and providing summaries to upper management. Prior to this role, Sonya served as a Human Resources Generalist at Bedshe International Co., Ltd., where Sonya acted as the US HR leader and strategic advisor on all HR aspects. Sonya also has experience as a Human Resources Administrator at Dentsu Aegis Network and as a Flight Attendant at Cathay Pacific Airways. Sonya holds a Diploma in Managing Workplace Diversity and Inclusion from NYU School of Professional Studies and dual Bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Management and Leadership, as well as Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College.
