Sergei Eensalu has been working in the software engineering industry since 2018. Sergei began their career at Elisa Eesti AS, where they served as a Full Stack Engineer and a Summer Internship: Full-Stack Software Developer. In 2019, Sergei moved to Rendin, where they currently work as a Software Engineer.

Sergei Eensalu obtained their basic education from Tallinna Linnamae Vene Lutseum from 2004 to 2013. Sergei then furthered their education by taking business and social skills courses at the same institution from 2013 to 2016, and obtained a secondary education degree. From 2016 to 2020, they studied Computer Science at the University of Tartu and obtained a Bachelor's degree. Sergei is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering at the University of Tartu, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they have taken economy, marketing, law, and leadership courses at Tallinna Linnamae Vene Lutseum in 2013.
