Neil E. Chester, MBA has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Neil E. is currently working at Renasant Bank as the Inside Treasury Management Sales Manager-First Vice President, where they are responsible for developing and managing a team of Treasury Management sales professionals and ensuring portfolio goals are met. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Treasury Management Sales Officer-VP for GA and FL at Renasant Bank, where they developed new business and managed a growing portfolio of Treasury Management clients. Before joining Renasant Bank, Neil worked at Bank OZK as the Vice President, Treasury Management Services for GA and East AL, where they developed new business and managed a growing portfolio of Treasury Management clients. Additionally, they have experience in academia, having worked as an Adjunct Professor of Business and Management at Westwood College, where they taught various business courses. Neil also has experience at Bank of America, Regions Financial Corporation, Sears Holdings Corporation, and SunTrust Bank, where they held various positions and demonstrated strong leadership and customer service skills.

Neil E. Chester, MBA, completed their Associate Degree in Marketing Management from Augusta Technical College from 1997 to 2000. Neil E. later pursued a Bachelor Degree of Science in Business Management at the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2007. Finally, they obtained a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2011.
