Joins Renaissance Systems as it Vice President of Business Development. He has worked for private and commercial clients in Telecommunications, computer support, electronics, and ground logistics for over 20 years, in the role of Business Development and Proposal Director he will support the federal sector, as well as the military establishment. He has written proposals for several Government agencies at the sum of several 100 million in business. He has held several Senior VP positions with companies in or near Fort Bragg, Fayettville, N.C. area. As an Army-centric Business Leader, Mr. Austin managed several “Teams and managed to write Proposals along the way” He is responsible for developing win strategies, and strategic alignment (including Teaming Agreements with subcontractors and business partners). He is well versed with experience of working with US Army and all CoComs, US Navy, US Air Force, DHHS, DOT/FAA, VHA, NIH, DOJ, FBI, DHS, NSA, and DISA.
