Jackie Valentino is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades in systems engineering and administration. Currently serving as an IT Systems Engineer at Renaissance, LLC since December 2014, Jackie previously held the position of Systems Engineer II at Burpee Materials Technology from July 2012 to August 2014, and worked as a Systems Administrator for both Medtronic Spine & Biologics and Osteotech from 2010 to 2010 and 2003 to 2010, respectively. Jackie’s expertise includes server backups, hardware and software management, and network communications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory for a user base of 280. Early career experience includes roles as Help Desk Supervisor at CPC Behavioral Healthcare and Office Manager at Frankie's Auto Body, Inc., demonstrating a solid foundation in customer service and administrative functions.
