Rushabh Patani has a diverse work experience. Rushabh started their career as an Article at C.M.Gabhawala & Co. in 2013 and worked there until 2016. In 2017, they joined Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd as a Management Trainee before moving on to Renaissance Global Ltd and Irasva Fine Jewellery. At both companies, they held the position of Commercial and Operations Director from October 2017 onwards. Rushabh'stenure at Irasva Fine Jewellery ended in January 2023.

Rushabh Patani completed their Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics from 2012 to 2015. Rushabh'shigh school education was completed at Activity High School. Rushabh is currently pursuing Level 2 of the CFA program from CFA USA.
