Pam Rawlins has extensive experience in the insurance and claims processing industry, with a career spanning over three decades. At Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America since April 2007, Pam has held multiple leadership roles including IT Product Owner, Director of Model Office - IT, and Director of Operations Support. Prior to this, Pam served as Health Claim Supervisor at CoreSource, Inc. from August 1994 to May 1996, managing a claims processing team, and worked as a Senior Claims Analyst at Claims Resource Group from September 1989 to July 1993. Pam began their career as Team Leader of Claims Investigations at Golden Rule Insurance from June 1987 to April 1989. Pam holds an Associate's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Indianapolis and a High School Diploma from Danville Community High School.
