Tom Henell is the current CMO and SVP at Renaissance Alliance. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Brand and Customer Experience at EZ ICE Rinks, Inc. from July 2020 to June 2021. There, they oversaw the marketing, branding, messaging and customer experience for outdoor recreation product through a year of exponential growth. Agency management, analysis, and optimization with focus on Performance (Google AdWords, Shopping, YouTube) and Social (Facebook / Instagram). Trained and managed customer experience team including SOPs, scripts, and manuals.
Before their time at EZ ICE Rinks, Tom was the Vice President of Lifestyle Marketing at Spartan Race, Inc. from May 2017 to October 2018.
