Kara Devereux has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kara started their career as a Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator at St. Louis Blues in 2007. Following that, they worked as a Freelance Marketing Manager/Events Producer, where they successfully executed promotional activities for various brands. Kara then joined AAA Missouri as a Direct Sales Agent, where they analyzed clients' financial situations and developed customized insurance policies. In 2013, they joined Ideal Image as an Inside Sales Operations Manager and later became the Operations Manager. During their time at Ideal Image, they led a team of 120 professionals and drove revenue growth consistently, achieving monthly sales of $20M+. Kara also implemented several improvements, such as developing a quality assurance department and transitioning the collections process to the call center. In 2019, they joined ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers as an Operations Manager. Currently, Kara works at Removery as the Director of Call Center Operations and the Director of Operations - Western Division.

Kara Devereux obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Lindenwood University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. During their time at Lindenwood University, they focused on developing their skills in mass communication and media studies. In addition, Kara Devereux pursued further education at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2000 to 2001, majoring in Mass Communications.
