Sara Griffith is currently a Customer Success Manager at Remoto, where Sara organizes and delivers training to enhance customer experiences. Previously, Sara worked at Avid as an Audio Product Champion, managing critical audio support escalations. Prior to that, at Westlake Pro, Inc., Sara led project management and engineering operations for music and post-production studio design. In their role as a Technical Specialist at plus 24, Sara provided technical support for various systems. Sara's experience also includes working as an Assistant Engineer/Runner at The Village Recorder. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music, Music Production, and Engineering from Berklee College of Music.
