Arthur Dutra has a diverse range of work experience. Arthur is currently working as a Talent Specialist at Remotely.works. Prior to this, they worked at PagBank PagSeguro as a Senior Tech Recruiter and HR Analyst. At PagSeguro Bank, they led the Talent Acquisition team for the innovative business unit formed after the acquisition of Zygo. Arthur focused on tech recruitment for senior and lead positions within the software engineering and product teams.

Before that, Arthur worked at Zygo, where they held various roles including Talent Acquisition and Training & Development Leader. Arthur led a small Talent Acquisition team, redesigned the hiring process, and implemented a new ATS. Arthur also implemented Training and Development initiatives.

Arthur also worked as an HR Consultant and Tech Recruiter at Consultoria Contato, where they supported various startups and companies with their HR needs. Arthur conducted end-to-end hiring processes for both technical and non-technical roles and developed internal training programs for larger clients.

Earlier in their career, Arthur worked as a Recruiter and Sourcer at RD Station, where they played a key role in growing the company's headcount. Arthur worked on end-to-end hiring processes, collaborated with hiring managers, and designed customized hiring processes.

At PersonaEJ, Arthur served as the Director of Marketing, coordinating campaigns and events, managing social media, and overseeing finances. Arthur also performed HR projects for local companies.

Additionally, Arthur worked as a Psychotherapist at Serviço de Atenção Psicológica - SAPSI (UFSC).
